i think we are trying to hard. being too soft. delivering a product that people will want to come see. where they will feel comfortable. we have been led to believe that the measure of success is to put butts in seats. and somewhere along the way we forgot to challenge people to become disciples.

elaboration: i almost said people or christians but neither of them did the job. if i could have more than one word i would say followers of jesus.
